so music can be a big source of fashion inspiration, especially for aspiring designers.here are my most stylish music videos:)


1. marina and the diamonds- oh no

 i love the pop art theme in this video. you can never have too much colour! i want the pink dress, i want the red dress, i want the yellow dress... basically, i want all the dresses. and the dollar note dress i A-MAZING! i think that sequins really suit her.


2.  geeter jaani (i think I've spelt that right) - rockerfeller street

i don't care if nobody's heard of this song, i hadn't either until last week. but it has a very Katy perry- type look, sequins, sweet dresses, and yes, colour! I've found similar items at American apparel, very preppy and colourful.






3. Paloma faith- upside down 

this is Paloma at her absolute fashion best. i love this video- the dresses, the hair, the headgear, the shoes, even the umbrellas! i don't think there's any trend she hasn't done. her signature is mixed up more, with more detailed accesories and pops of colour.

cool brand alert!

so this is my first post! may be a long one... please tell me if i keep going on and on!

i found an amaaazing brand- bitching and junkfood! there stuff is so cool and definitely my style! (one word of warning... they are a few over-sized t-shirts on the site that say 'i hate my self and want to die' which isn't the best thing to school, and certainly not to church or something) i do, however, love the headdresses. i first saw them in company magazine, and loved them! heres some pictures:
